Position Description

You will support National Security Objectives where youll get to use your foreign language skills to research, translate/transcribe/gist, report, and analyze foreign intelligence. Utilize your abilities in cryptologic language analysis to process audio and/or graphic materials to provide key target insight to decision makers in support of SIGINT operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen and have an active TS/SCI with poly.
• 15 yrs full-time experience or 19 without BS/BA degree
• Bachelors degree or 4 additional yrs of work experience.
• ILR Skill Level 3 in BOTH Audio and Graphic
• 15 yrs in crypto language processing, related language, and/or crypto experience.
  • 8 of 15 yrs in crypto language processing
• 8 of 15 yrs in must be in the required language(s)
  • 6 of 8 yrs performing crypto language processing
  • 5 of 8 yrs simply translating, transcribing, and gisting
  • 3 yrs experience QCing BOTH Audio and Graphic at ILR level 3 in target language
• No more than 7 of 15 yrs reporting as primary duty
• 1 of 8 yrs in target language must be within 6 yrs of resume submission

Crypto experience includes scanning, recovering EEIs, gisting, translating/transcribing, compiling working aids and databases.
