Job Description
This position reports to the Director of Procurement Compliance supporting a supply chain organization responsible for $3b+ in annual material requirements for the Electronic Systems (ES) Sector. With over 1,000 supply chain professionals, the ES Sector supply chain team spans multiple locations primarily in the United States. The Supplier Due Diligence Manager is responsible for identifying, assessing, mitigating and monitoring risks associated with third-party suppliers that support our programs and business. This role ensures supplier compliance while supporting operational resilience and mission success. The ideal candidate combines risk management discipline, supply chain knowledge and regulatory awareness and can translate supplier risk into clear business impacts.

Full-Time Salary Range: $134640 - $228888
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluate supplier risks across operational, financial, compliance, cybersecurity and geopolitical domains
- Conduct supplier due diligence, including risk questionnaires, document reviews and standard supplier investigations
- Ensure supplier compliance with applicable regulations and standards, including but not limited to:
- FARS/DFARS
- ITAR/EAR
- CMMC/NIST 800-171
- Counterfeit Parts Prevention
- Support internal, customer and government audits related to supplier risk and compliance
- Monitor supplier performance, financial health, geopolitical exposure and regulatory changes
- Track and report supplier risk metrics, trends and incidents
- Create systemic solutions for supplier tracking and compliance
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or 10 years of more of directly related work experience preferably in a government-contracting environment.
- Experience in a large, complex, multifaceted design & manufacturing environment
- Secret clearance or secret eligible
- Strong understanding of defense aerospace industry & regulations and the understanding of the role of the supply chain in complex industries
- Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations and the nature of flow down requirements, including cybersecurity and counterfeit parts prevention requirements
- Knowledge of ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulation) and EAR (Export Administration Regulation)
- Strategic/Critical thinking
- Ability to find win-win solutions
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Excellent relationship / interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to foster and grow relationships cross-functionally
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook)
