Required Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience providing leadership, technical guidance, and strategic direction across multiple high-complexity projects in support of a federal agency.
Department of Defense experience is preferred.
Proven ability to work directly with government customers, effectively managing expectations while delivering high-quality outcomes in mission-critical environments.
Demonstrated excellence in customer service and stakeholder engagement, exercising initiative, sound judgment, creativity, flexibility, and confidence in dynamic and fast-paced settings.
Strong ability to prioritize and multitask across multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality, accuracy, and mission focus.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
