Project Manager

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Project Manager to support a program in Millington, TN.

For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.

How Role will make an impact:

• Lead end-to-end project execution for IT initiatives, managing scope, schedule, resources, risks, and deliverables to meet mission and program objectives.
• Plan, track, and report project performance using Azure DevOps (TFS), maintaining visibility of work items, milestones, dependencies, and status.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, integrated plans, and execution roadmaps using Microsoft Project, and create process flows and visual artifacts using Visio as needed.
• Manage project documentation, action items, decision logs, and deliverable repositories in SharePoint to support traceability and audit-ready records.
• Coordinate project communications, working sessions, and stakeholder updates through FlankSpeed Teams, driving timely decisions and issue resolution.
• Support continuous improvement by refining workflows, standardizing templates, and improving reporting and execution routines using the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Identify delivery risks early, develop mitigation actions, and drive follow-through with cross-functional teams to maintain schedule and quality.

Requirements

What you'll need to have to join our award-winning team:

• Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
• 10 years of experience supporting project management, data analysis, organizational management, and business process improvement in an IT environment.
• Project management tools: Azure DevOps (TFS), Microsoft Project.
• Collaboration tools: SharePoint, FlankSpeed Teams.
• Productivity tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Visio/Project)
