Program Developer/Analyst

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Program Developer/Analyst in Millington, TN.

For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.

How Role will make an impact:

• Design, develop, and sustain .NET custom applications using .NET Framework, .NET (C# / VB), and ASP.NET, supporting both new development and break/fix analysis.
• Build and maintain user interface components using HTML / 5 / CSS3, ensuring consistent behavior and maintainable front-end implementations.
• Develop and maintain service integrations using SOA/SOAP/WcF, supporting reliable data exchange and interoperability across connected systems.
• Implement secure application communications using SSL/TLS and support troubleshooting of connectivity basics, including IPV4/6, as they relate to application behavior and integrations.
• Develop and maintain SQL components (queries, data validation, and supporting logic) needed to power application functionality and analysis workflows.
• Use AzureDevOps (TFS) to manage source control, work items, build/release activities, and traceable delivery from requirement through deployment.
• Support scheduled and batch processing workflows using Control M and Control D, validating job execution and outputs tied to application functions.
• Support secure file transfer requirements using FTP and SFTP when needed for system interfaces and controlled movement of application artifacts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and maintain application documentation and working artifacts using SharePoint and FlankSpeed Teams.
• Support application delivery and user access dependencies in environments where Citrix is used, coordinating troubleshooting and deployment considerations as required.
• Maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and delivery artifacts using Microsoft Office Suite to include Visio/Project.
• Maintain awareness of UiPath automation workflows that interface with supported applications, coordinating changes and troubleshooting impacts as needed

Requirements

• Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
• 10 years of relevant experience supporting application development, analysis, and sustainment in an enterprise environment.
• Development and frameworks: .NET C# / VB, .NET Custom Apps, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, Visual Basic, Visual Studio (Microsoft).
• Web technologies: HTML / 5 / CSS3.
• Data and integration: SQL, SOA/SOAP/WcF.
• DevOps and delivery: AzureDevOps (TFS).
• Scheduling and operations: Control M, Control D.
• Security and connectivity awareness: SSL/TLS, IPV4/6.
• Enterprise collaboration and documentation: SharePoint, FlankSpeed Teams, Microsoft Office Suite to include Visio/Project.
• Secure transfer awareness: FTP, SFTP.
• Platform awareness: Citrix.
