Sr Systems Support Analyst

Location: Ottawa, ON

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 120 months of demonstrated experience in IM/IT, in a technical role
• Minimum 18 months of continuous demonstrated experience on one project, leading a team in the installation, integration, configuration, and maintenance of Citrix XenApp 6 or later
• Minimum 36 months demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and/or supporting the integration of two or more information system components using message protocols like HL7, Web Services, Biz Talk, MQ Series, or Web Sphere
• Minimum 36 months of continuous demonstrated experience in the implementation or operation and maintenance of information system security architectures
• Minimum 36 months demonstrated experience in information system troubleshooting, including documented diagnosis, problem analysis, and recommendations
• Canadian Federal Government Security Clearance - Secret Clearance Required

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Citrix Thin-Client architecture
• Knowledge of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
• Understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and support the installation, integration, configuration, and maintenance of systems
• Design and develop solutions for integrating information system components
• Implement and maintain information system security architectures
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with documented analysis and recommendations
