Bachelor's degree in computer science or bachelor's degree with 30 semester hours in a combination of mathematics, statistics, and computer science. At least 15 of the 30 semester hours must have included any combination of statistics and mathematics that included differential and integral calculus. All academic degrees and course work must be from accredited or pre-accredited institutions.

- You will provide senior-level managerial and technical leadership for the multidisciplinary teams that design, develop, operate, and sustain NIWC-PAC's research-development-test-and-evaluation networks and enterprise-wide computer environment.
- You will oversee the full life-cycle of IT systems and services-from design and development through integration, deployment, and sustainment-providing project-management oversight for major initiatives.
- You will coordinate 24×7 network operations, incident response, and problem-resolution processes.
- You will also serve as the command's recognized subject-matter authority, influencing major proposals, architecture reviews, and strategic decisions.
- You will guide cloud-network engineering efforts, support hybrid-environment transitions, and evaluate technical solutions that affect the Network Control Board.
- You will oversee procurement, contract administration, and vendor performance for hardware, software and professional services.
