Overview

As a security professional you will be a valuable asset to our multifaceted Security team. You will experience a broad range of responsibilities and will be encouraged to maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers, including several government agencies. We'll count on you to ensure strict compliance with government, customer, and company security policies and procedures including the DoD Manual 5205.07 Vol 1-4, 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), DoD 5105.21 Vol 1-3, DoDI 5200.01, DoDI 5205.11, Risk Management Framework (NIST 800-53, JSIG), and related SCI/DoD manuals and directives.

The CPSO/CSSO role must ensure programs and security personnel are operating in an efficient, compliant, and forward-leaning manner for both SAP and SCI domains. The ideal candidate will have broad experience across multiple security subject areas and thrive in a fast-paced work environment while balancing competing priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage implementation of contractual security requirements and CDRLs for programs and personnel
  • Set program objectives and milestones aligned with business objectives while maintaining compliance with U.S. Government and company directives
  • Manage a diverse portfolio
  • Prepare and implement DD-254s for prime and subcontracting activities
  • Oversee document control functions including destruction, inventory, and accountability
  • Perform clearance processing activities including PARs, PSQs, and SCI requests
  • Administer SAP/SCI SETA program including indoctrinations, debriefings, derivative classification, courier duties, and training
  • Support visitor control and meeting coordination
  • Lead incident investigations and response
  • Conduct self-inspections and corrective action plans
  • Maintain physical security integrity of ICD 705 spaces, including alarm/emergency response
  • Collaborate with ISSM/ISSO on RMF requirements and ATO support
  • Develop and implement SOPs and security procedures
  • Partner with leadership, HR, legal, IT Security, Contracts, and Purchasing to support Insider Threat, OPSEC, and Program Protection


Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship with active Top Secret Clearance
  • Ability to obtain SAP clearance
  • 4+ years working with SAP and SCI programs
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience onboarding and closing out programs/contracts
  • Experience developing security policies and SOPs
  • Working knowledge of DISS, NISS, SIMS, JADE, eQIP
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
