General Clerk (5513)

OLH Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a General Clerk in Saint Petersburg, FL.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support using Microsoft Office applications.
• Use scanning software for document imaging and records management.
• Perform accurate data entry.
• Answer incoming calls and provide customer service support.
• Retrieve, sort, and distribute mail; process mass mail-outs.
• Scan, file, and maintain documents in accordance with agency procedures.
• Support timekeeping processes and ensure accurate record maintenance.
• Assist with travel and logistics coordination in compliance with federal travel regulations.
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma
• Minimum Relevant Experience: 1-3 years
