Customer Service Supervisor

The Customer Service Supervisor (Bull Pen) oversees and manages customer service operations at Al Udeid Air Base, serving as the central coordination hub for work order intake, tracking, prioritization, and assignment to Skilled Trades shops. This position requires strong operational leadership, deep understanding of maintenance workflows, and excellent communication skills. The Customer Service Lead plays a critical role in ensuring timely response to facility maintenance requests, maintaining operational visibility, and supporting mission readiness in a deployed, high-security environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Supervise and lead the Bull Pen customer service team, providing direction, training, and performance management.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination for receipt, tracking, prioritization, and assignment of work orders to appropriate Skilled Trades shops.
• Ensure accurate documentation, status updates, and closure of work orders within authorized systems.
• Coordinate daily with Skilled Trades supervisors, operations staff, and leadership to balance workload, priorities, and mission requirements.
• Manage day-to-day Bull Pen operations, including workflow optimization, reporting, and compliance with organizational and USAF policies.
• Resolve escalated customer service and work order issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response times, backlog, and completion rates to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and operational procedures specific to the Air Base and deployed environment.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accountability, and customer satisfaction.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in customer service operations, facilities maintenance coordination, business operations, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, operational procedures, and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License
• Possess a valid U.S. Passport (preferred)
• Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for Qatar
• Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
• Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.

TRAVEL: 100%, in deployed location.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must have and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
