Description:
You will be the Logistics Operations Manager for the Production & Sustainment Team. Our team drives end to end logistics for international contracts, ensuring the right parts, at the right time, in the right place-while safeguarding budget, schedule, and compliance.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Logistics Operations Manager you will own the planning and execution of all logistics activities that support production, integration, and sustainment contracts. You'll act as the primary liaison between engineering, customers, and stakeholders, turning complex requirements into smooth, on time deliveries worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Develop and manage logistics budgets, schedules, and transportation plans for international contracts.
• Forecast material needs, execute material replenishment, and oversee hardware maintenance programs.
• Provide accurate proposal support, provisioning determinations, and cost estimations.
• Respond to military service inquiries and ensure full contractual compliance.
• Apply inventory optimization models to maximize stock efficiency and reduce waste.
• Interface with internal and customer information management systems to maintain pristine asset identification.
• Diagnose and resolve technical and support issues in partnership with engineering and external partners.
• Prepare status reports, performance metrics, and readiness dashboards for senior leadership.
• Support customer briefings and meetings virtually, and travel domestically or internationally as needed.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Demonstrated track record of sustained high performance
- Demonstrated excellence in communicating with Senior Levels of Management as well as Customers
- Demonstrated Problem-Solving skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
- Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills and the ability to effectively work within a diverse workforce.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software packages with emphasis on Excel and Power Point
Desired Skills:
- Control Account Management (CAM) experience
- ITAR export licensing and compliance experience
- Experience with proposal/BOE development and man-power estimation
- Ability to multi-task across multiple contracts with differing terms and conditions
- Experience working with USG (Air Force & Navy), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) customers and contracts.
- Demonstrated performance executing sustainment type contract requirements to include Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Test and Evaluation (T&E), Performance Based Logistics (PBL), Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs), and Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).
- Ability to Travel Domestically and/or Internationally
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
