Qualifications
Required:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance Proven oral and written communications skills, capable of effectively
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong customer service skills 3-5 years of progressive Customer/Help Desk Support, or related experience Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to distill information from various sources to facilitate customer decision/action
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and MS Teams
Desired:
- Experience working within the DoD Experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle
- Familiarity with using ServiceNow or related Help Desk experience
- Knowledge of issues regarding information technology
- Familiarity with business processes and workflows
- Familiarity with Power BI and/or data analysis tools
