Job Description

Position Overview

OSAAVA Services is seeking a Mid-Level Offensive Cyber Operator to support authorized U.S. Government cyber operations within highly classified National Security Agency (NSA) mission environments.

This role supports the execution of offensive cyber operations against adversary networks, systems, and applications in support of national security missions. The selected candidate will assist with vulnerability research, exploitation activities, tool development, and operational mission planning while working under senior technical leadership.

This position requires NSA cleared access (TS/SCI/TK with Full Scope Polygraph) and the ability to operate within highly restricted mission environments supporting NSA cyber operations.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in offensive cyber operations, vulnerability exploitation, penetration testing, or red team operations within Department of Defense or Intelligence Community environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct authorized offensive cyber operations in support of U.S. Government mission objectives
• Perform vulnerability identification, research, and exploitation activities
• Execute reconnaissance, target development, and initial access operations
• Utilize and modify offensive cyber tools, payloads, and exploitation frameworks
• Support operational planning and mission execution within cyber operations environments
• Analyze adversary systems, applications, and network architectures to enable exploitation
• Assist in development and refinement of cyber tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
• Produce technical documentation, operational reports, and mission analysis summaries
• Maintain strict operational security (OPSEC) and compliance with mission authorities
• Collaborate with intelligence analysts, cyber operators, and mission planners
• Develop or modify automation scripts supporting offensive cyber operations
• Stay current on emerging exploitation techniques, vulnerabilities, and cyber tools

Required Qualifications

• NSA cleared (TS/SCI/TK with Full Scope Polygraph)
• 3–7 years of experience supporting offensive cyber operations, penetration testing, or red team missions
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability exploitation and offensive security tools
• Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and application security
• Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar
• Knowledge of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work within high-tempo, mission-focused classified environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting NSA or Intelligence Community cyber operations
• Experience with exploit development or reverse engineering
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, GPEN, CEH, or equivalent offensive security certifications
• Experience supporting classified offensive cyber operations programs
• Knowledge of malware analysis, payload development, or exploit frameworks
