Position Overview
OSAAVA Services is seeking a Senior Offensive Cyber Operator to lead advanced cyber exploitation operations supporting national-level mission objectives within highly classified National Security Agency (NSA) operational environments.
This role is responsible for designing and executing sophisticated exploitation strategies, developing advanced offensive cyber tooling, and providing technical leadership across cyber mission teams. The selected candidate will support complex cyber operations targeting adversary networks, systems, and applications in support of critical national security missions.
This position requires NSA cleared access (TS/SCI/TK with Full Scope Polygraph) and the ability to operate within highly restricted mission environments supporting NSA cyber operations.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience supporting offensive cyber operations, exploit development, advanced vulnerability research, and mission planning within Department of Defense or Intelligence Community environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute authorized offensive cyber operations against high-value mission targets
• Design and implement exploitation strategies and operational approaches
• Conduct advanced vulnerability research and exploit development
• Develop, modify, and maintain custom offensive cyber tools, payloads, and frameworks
• Perform advanced reconnaissance, target development, and access operations
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level cyber operators
• Develop and refine cyber tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
• Support mission planning, operational risk assessments, and mission execution
• Produce technical documentation, operational reports, and mission analysis briefings
• Maintain strict operational security (OPSEC) and mission compliance requirements
• Integrate intelligence insights with cyber operational activities
• Advise leadership on technical feasibility, operational strategy, and mission risk
Required Qualifications
• NSA cleared (TS/SCI/TK with Full Scope Polygraph)
• 8+ years of experience supporting offensive cyber or exploitation missions
• Demonstrated experience with exploit development and advanced offensive cyber tooling
• Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and application security
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or similar
• Experience analyzing adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
• Proven ability to lead complex cyber operations within mission environments
• Strong analytical, documentation, and technical briefing skills
• Ability to operate independently within high-risk, mission-critical classified environments
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting NSA or Intelligence Community cyber operations
• Experience with reverse engineering, malware analysis, or payload development
• Familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework
• Advanced offensive security certifications such as OSCE, OSEP, GXPN, or equivalent
• Experience developing zero-day or custom exploitation capabilities
• Experience supporting classified offensive cyber mission programs
