Key Responsibilities
Execute Complex Layouts: Utilize the Siemens Xpedition (formerly Mentor) suite to design multi-layer, high-density interconnect (HDI) printed circuit boards.
Manage Blueprint Workflows: Operate effectively within a Blueprint-based environment, ensuring all designs meet specific documentation and fabrication standards.
Enterprise Integration: Work seamlessly within a structured engineering environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to move designs from concept to production.
Qualifications
Platform Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience with Siemens Xpedition (Expedition) is strictly required.
Technical Fundamentals: A rock-solid grasp of ECAD design fundamentals (signal integrity, power distribution, thermal management, and DFM).
Adaptability: The ability to ramp up quickly in a highly structured environment and master proprietary internal processes.
Tool Versatility: While Xpedition is our primary focus, experience with other major ECAD tools (such as Cadence Allegro/OrCAD) is a significant plus.
