Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking an Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer (OCI) to support a federal client in sustaining and administering mission-critical applications within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role supports secure, enterprise-level environments and requires strong backend administration, troubleshooting, and integration expertise.

In this position, you will provide Level 2 and Level 3 support, manage application integrations, and ensure secure, compliant cloud and virtualized infrastructure operations. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining high availability and performance across critical government systems.

Responsibilities

As a Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer (OCI), you will:

• Provide backend administration and sustainment support for applications hosted in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Assist in defining requirements, designing, building, and testing data center technology components
• Install and manage application client tools within VDI images and pools
• Troubleshoot application connectivity and system integration issues
• Configure load balancing for enterprise applications
• Support application configuration using SAML/SSO authentication
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for integration and infrastructure-related issues
• Develop management plans, validate infrastructure sizing, and forecast capacity requirements
• Maintain licenses and secure key secrets within enterprise vault solutions
• Ensure compliance with STIG requirements and maintain required CDRL documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, reliable application performance

Schedule & Shift Details

• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Onsite support in Washington, D.C.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Active Secret Clearance required
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience supporting Linux environments
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with VMware VDI environments
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Micro Focus ALM Octane
• Experience providing Level 2 and Level 3 application support in enterprise environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UFT, LoadRunner, Dynatrace, ReadyAPI, and CyberArk
• Experience with VMware Horizon
• Experience configuring SAML/SSO authentication solutions
• Experience supporting secure federal cloud and virtualized infrastructures
• Familiarity with compliance standards, including STIG documentation
