Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Business Operations Specialist in support of Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology and Logistics' (SOF AT&L) Program Executive Office for SOF Warrior (PEO-SW). PEO-SW accepts and manages risk, takes personal initiative, and ensures results for the Nation's warriors. PEO-SW proves its worth in the fight in every action, every strike, and every operation. This is a full-time position located in Virginia Beach, VA.

Qualifications
Minimum Experience:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS w/SCI eligibility
Certifications: DAWIA Practitioner Equivalency IAW the PWS (DAWIA level II equivalent), and in the Program Management field. Education: Bachelor's degree in business or acquisitions
Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years working in federal government acquisition projects.

This is a full-time position located in Virginia Beach, VA.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, develop, evaluate, and advise on logistical and sustainment management from an acquisition program support perspective.
- Responsible for identifying specific logistics support requirements for funds, manpower, material, and services and correlating those requirements with acquisition program plans.
- Provide guidance to NSWDG acquisition strategy managers (ASMs), NSWDG staff personnel, and program management officials on logistical support planning, development, and execution.
- Applies a specialized knowledge of logistics management principles, life cycle management techniques, and acquisition program sustainment actions
- Provide an expert-level knowledge of logistical and sustainment management from an acquisition program support perspective.
- Conduct technical and logistical studies/assessments and develop and evaluate new methodologies, equipment, processes, and policies applicable to the life cycle management of acquisition programs.
