Description
Responsible for maintaining training, licensing, and qualification records for supplier staff at datacenter sites. Travels regularly to assess performance, deliver training, and resolve issues. Requires U.S. citizenship, a high school diploma or GED, excellent customer service, strong verbal communication, MS Office proficiency, and active Top-Secret Clearance with Polygraph.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops methodologies for ensuring that Supplier staff are trained in Customer systems, policies, and procedures for datacenter security using Customer and Supplier-generated training.
- Maintains a sustainment training program to ensure continued service excellence and any changes to Customer or U.S. Government procedures or regulations.
- Participates in the development of new training to address adjusted service requirements.
