Curriculum Developer

The Curriculum Developer will assist in the development, execution, and periodic review of a Training Support Package (TSP) for engagement operators within an internet-based program in Tampa, FL. This role conducts analysis of training requirements, designs and develops instructional approaches and/or strategies to meet training requirements. The Curriculum Developer incorporates authoritative changes, best practice changes, emerging technologies, and proscribed systems into the TSP.

Clearance Required: TS/SCI eligibility required.

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Responsibilities:

• Design instructionally valid training materials, relevant to the program in accordance with the DOW guidelines/TM/JP and other relevant documents.
• Conduct research of the curricula to determine what materials and resources should be added or adapted to meet learning objectives.
• Ensure integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instructional materials, and evaluation plans.
• Interact with customer and program leadership to ensure instructional content is current, comprehensive and meets the program needs.
