Onsite AV Project Build-Out Supervisor

Solutions71 is seeking an experienced Onsite AV Supervisor to oversee the installation and build out of a professional audio-visual system. This role is the on-site point of coordination during active construction, responsible for ensuring that design plans are executed correctly, tasks are sequenced efficiently, and work meets quality standards. This is a temporary position with no benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day AV installation activities on-site throughout the build.
• Interpret AV system drawings, schematics, and engineering documents.
• Provide clear direction to installers and coordinate with other trades.
• Maintain project schedule, monitor progress, and report updates regularly.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and verify installation accuracy.
• Interface directly with the customer and stakeholders with professional communication.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and coordinate solutions as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and site requirements.

Required Qualifications:
5 years' experience being an onsite construction superintendent
• Strong background in professional AV installation projects.
• Hands-on experience with Extron and Q-SYS systems.
• Ability to read and interpret AV design plans and construction drawings.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Reliable transportation and consistent on-site presence.

Desired Skills:
• Light programming/configuration experience (Extron, Q-SYS, DSP tuning, or related).
• CTS or other AV industry certifications.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors or working in active construction environments.
• OSHA 10 or similar safety training.
