Senior System Administrator for Advanced Security Operations
You will support advanced security operations as a senior System Administrator and technical contributor responsible for sustaining and evolving a high-performance operational IT environment. This role is not limited to ticket management; we seek someone who takes ownership of systems, documents meticulously, builds strong relationships, and continuously looks for ways to improve engineer workflows.
Responsibilities:
Experience Required: 9 years with or without a B.S. degree
Location: Columbia, MD
Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph required
Salary Range: $123,000 - $146,000
You will support advanced security operations as a senior System Administrator and technical contributor responsible for sustaining and evolving a high-performance operational IT environment. This role is not limited to ticket management; we seek someone who takes ownership of systems, documents meticulously, builds strong relationships, and continuously looks for ways to improve engineer workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain high performance compute hardware, including NVIDIA H100, H200, and B300 class accelerator platforms.
- Uninstall and relocate existing equipment while ensuring configuration integrity and proper tracking to a government data warehouse.
- Strong Linux systems administration experience in operational environments.
- Experience installing and maintaining GPU accelerated or high performance compute systems, particularly NVIDIA enterprise class hardware.
- A forward leaning mindset with enthusiasm for improving user experience.
- The ability to work hands-on with hardware in a warehouse environment.
