PROGRAM MANAGER

The Program Manager will provide SETA support in Hanover, MD. The Program Manager will serve as the focal point to work with the COR.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working detailed knowledge of daily activities associated with the PWS and task order.
- Serve as the focal point and responsible for day-to-day communication with the COR.
- Manage on-site personnel and contract performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's Degree in related field (5 years of additional, related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).
- PMP certification and/or DAIWA Program Management Certification in PM.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing government programs with at least 5 of those years in a supervisory capacity directly managing others.
- Experience in detailed management and oversight of a contractor or government team, including conducting requirements analysis, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring and reporting.
SECURITY CLEARANCE
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required
TRAVEL
- Some travel may be required.
