ELINT Analyst

ELINT (OOB) Analyst – TS/SCI – Colorado Springs

We are looking for an ELINT Analyst to support a critical national security program in Colorado Springs, CO. This role focuses on analyzing electronic intelligence and radar emitter data to identify foreign military capabilities and support mission planning for U.S. defense organizations.

You’ll work with ELINT data, radar analysis, and all-source intelligence to build Order of Battle assessments, track emitters, and support strategic decision-making for senior defense leaders.

What we’re looking for:
• Experience with ELINT analysis and radar systems
• Background analyzing ground-based emitters and signal data
• Experience producing intelligence reports and briefings
• Familiarity with tools such as MIDB / MARS or similar intelligence databases
• TS/SCI clearance required (poly eligible)
