PRISM Inc.is seeking a Systems Engineer to manage the lifecycle of Digital Access Control Policies. You will translate legal and security mandates into actionable technical workflows, collaborating with Data Stewards and Mission Partners to implement Just-In-Time access and Zero-Trust security policies. Your role will involve utilizing AI for anomaly detection and policy application while maintaining high-level dashboards to track governance performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Policy Operationalization: Translate digital policies into technical workflows and actionable guidance for internal and external stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Mission Partners and Data Stewards to convert policy needs into high-level requirements using existing platforms.
Access Management: Guide service teams in implementing Just-In-Time (JIT) access policies to ensure secure, conditional "Keys to the Kingdom" oversight.
AI Integration: Apply AI techniques (e.g., anomaly detection and automated policy application) to optimize operational workflows.
Metrics & Reporting: Develop dashboards and reporting structures to track policy performance, governance, and compliance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (SKILLS/EDUCATION):
BS degree in STEM, or related field, and 12+ years of prior relevant experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Knowledge with Identity and Access Management (IdAM)/ Identity Credentials and Access Management (ICAM) delivery systems, Authentication, Authorizations, Attribute Architectures.
Familiarity with data and governance principles, compliance, and/or metadata management.
Strong critical thinking ability - able to balance technical solutions with policy and compliance needs.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical insights to policy and mission partners alike.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with governance and metadata platforms (Collibra, Informatica, Alation, etc.)
Awareness of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) policy - contributing to updating and sharing Zero-Trust security policies.
Hands-on experience in automation pipelines or AI-enabled data governance tools.
Background working in policy, governance, and/or compliance environments.
Familiarity with Sponsor ICAM services.
