Job Summary
Castalia Systems is looking for a Mid-level All-Source Intelligence Analyst to join our team, you-ll help your client by providing intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you-ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address critical intelligence questions. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure.

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:
- Develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
- Apply flexible research methodologies to complex, open-ended problems
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree
- Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fusion cell environment or directly with all-source analysts writing ICD 203 and ICD 206-compliant finished intelligence production
- Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
- Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR
- Strong MIDB Experience
