Position Overview
The Contract Special Security Officer (SSO) provides operational oversight and execution of the Wing's Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) security programs. Supporting the Wing Security Manager, the SSO ensures compliance with DoD, USAF, MAJCOM, and Intelligence Community (IC) directives across SCIFs, SAPFs, and associated facilities. The role integrates personnel, physical, information, and technical security disciplines to safeguard classified programs and enable mission success.

Position Overview

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting TS/SCI facilities , with at least 1 year in a security role .
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with eligibility for SAP, SAP Network, and NATO ACCM access .
- Working knowledge of SCI/SAP security policies and DoD/USAF/IC regulatory frameworks.
- Experience supporting personnel, physical, and information security in classified environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting SCIF/SAPF accreditation and facility management .
- Familiarity with DISS and automated security tracking systems .
- Experience with TEMPEST, TSCM, or technical security programs .
- Prior experience supporting Wing-level or MAJCOM-level security programs .
