Sitting at the intersection of marketing, product ownership, and business development, this individual will translate complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with government decision-makers, program managers, and contracting stakeholders. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven market penetration strategies targeting DoW and Federal IT customers, with emphasis on Air Force, AFMC, and Hill AFB accounts.
- Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral including capability statements, one-pagers, marketing slicks, and presentation decks tailored to federal acquisition audiences.
- Develop and maintain standardized talking points, win themes, and value propositions across core service offerings including data center operations, cybersecurity, cloud/hybrid, and IT modernization.
- Build and manage quarterly and annual marketing campaign roadmaps aligned to business development goals and the government fiscal calendar.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer engagement activities including industry days, site visits, market surveys, and pre-award interactions with government stakeholders.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with key government stakeholders including contracting officers, program managers, and CORs across target Air Force, DoW, and Federal Civilian accounts.
- Oversee the customer experience across all engagement touchpoints and proactively identify and recommend improvements to communication, responsiveness, and service delivery.
- Lead and facilitate customer meetings, discuss program goals, and ensure the company understands customer desired outcomes; address and reduce any gaps in service or communication.
- Develop account penetration plans for priority customers and manage engagement history, interaction status, and pipeline data in CRM tools.
- Develop win strategies, discriminators, and plans in coordination with technical and program management leads; contribute to proposal sections and executive summaries.
- Collaborate with technical SMEs to translate complex IT capabilities, including virtualization, RMF/cybersecurity, cloud/hybrid environments, and application onboarding, into clear, benefit-driven messaging for non-technical government audiences.
- Research and analyze market opportunities, competitive intelligence, and data to inform positioning, and differentiation strategy.
- Define and manage product/service roadmaps aligned to government procurement cycles, customer mission priorities, and growth objectives.
- Define and track KPIs for marketing effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and customer engagement outcomes; report progress to leadership regularly.
- Duties are subject to change based on the needs of the customer and business.

Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Must possess Active Secret clearance.
- APMP Foundation or Practitioner (Preferred).
- PMP or Agile/Scrum Certification (Preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, business development, or customer engagement roles supporting DoD or Federal IT service contractors.
- Demonstrated experience developing marketing collateral, capability statements, and product messaging for federal acquisition audiences.
- Experience building go-to-market strategies for IT services in areas such as data center operations, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva strongly preferred.
