Job Description

We are seeking a relationship-driven professional to support the growth of our Aurora and St. Louis regional portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building client relationships, and has experience navigating government, security, or commercial leasing environments. You will play a key role in driving occupancy, managing client agreements, and supporting strategic growth initiatives across multiple locations.

What You Will Do:
Drive Growth & Client Engagement

Identify and engage prospective clients to support new business development
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Represent the company at tours, events, and industry engagements

Contracts Management & Agreements

Coordinate execution of new and renewal service agreements
Track key contract milestones and ensure timely follow-up
Maintain accurate records to support billing and compliance

Support Operations & Delivery

Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and space delivery
Maintain occupancy goals across assigned locations
Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate CRM data

Enhance Processes & Reporting

Prepare regular updates and reports for leadership
Support CRM optimization and pipeline visibility
Contribute to process improvements and best practices

What You Bring:
Experience in government/GSA leasing, contracting, or secure environments
Strong sales, relationship management, or client-facing experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in the IC and/or DoD community
Knowledge of government agencies or contractor networks
Experience in leasing, sales, or client services

Preferred:
TS/SCI clearance
Experience with CRM tools such as Pipedrive
Background in commercial or multi-tenant leasing
Familiarity with secure environments (SCIF)
