Junior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role is for someone who thrives on ambiguity and enjoys building tools that provide mission cognizance and workflow automation for critical operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Embrace the Blur: Take vague or high-level requirements and turn them into actionable software by actively engaging with customers and stakeholders to seek clarification and figure out their needs.
  • Prototype Fearlessly: Write code, put it in front of users, gather feedback, and iterate continuously. Use AI-assisted development tools to enhance your productivity and speed up learning new paradigms.
Required Skills:
  • Development Experience: Solid understanding of Python and JavaScript with experience building functional applications.
  • A Healthy Relationship with Ambiguity: Adaptable mindset to handle changing requirements and eagerness to work with new technologies.
  • Strong Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, including asking clarifying questions.
  • The Basics: Comfortable working in Linux environments and using Git without causing accidental damage.
Nice to Have:
  • Hands-on experience playing with agentic AI frameworks or building tools utilizing large language models (LLMs).
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker to ensure smooth running of prototypes.
  • An interest in the intelligence mission space or computer network operations (CNO).

Experience Required: 3 years with Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or 7 years without degree

Location: Columbia, MD

Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph required

Salary Range: $138,000 - $163,000
