This role focuses on managing cost, schedule, and performance while providing technical and analytical support for facility and equipment improvement initiatives. Multiple positions available.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management Support: Manage and track cost, schedule, and performance of facilities and equipment projects supporting PM Abrams.
- Technical Evaluation: Conduct technical assessments of building improvements, machinery upgrades, and work orders.
- Cost Analysis: Provide cost evaluations and financial insight for ongoing and planned projects.
- Program Analysis: Perform requirements analysis, technology assessments, risk analysis and mitigation, configuration management, interface management, and performance/effectiveness evaluations.
- Project Oversight: Maintain awareness of project scope and monitor day-to-day status and development across multiple sites.
- On-Site Assessments: Conduct walkthroughs at project sites to document progress and validate execution.
- Reporting: Deliver regular updates to the Government Facilities Lead and Abrams Program Office on project status, risks, and performance metrics.
- Problem Solving: Identify equipment and facility issues and recommend actionable solutions.
- Metrics Tracking: Collect, analyze, and report on project performance metrics.
- Coordination: Participate in meetings and communicate with stakeholders via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
