Work You'll Do

As a US Delivery Center Solution Specialist on the team, you will:

• Design and deliver moderately complex SAP ABAP-based RRICE objects end-to-end, translating functional requirements into scalable, reliable, and supportable technical solutions.
• Create technical designs from functional specifications, including data models, error handling, logging, and restart/reprocessing approaches.
• Build inbound and outbound interfaces with strong validation, exception handling, and reconciliation controls; collaborate closely with middleware and integration teams.
• Develop reports, enhancements, user exits, BAdIs, and enhancement spots with appropriate authorization checks and performance optimization.
• Support data conversions and mass data loads, including transformation logic, balancing, and audit-ready reconciliation outputs.
• Lead code reviews, enforce development standards, and improve reusable components and overall code quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues through hypercare, perform root-cause analysis, deliver hotfixes, and drive stabilization activities

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active Secret Security Clearance required
• 2+ years experience developing SAP ABAP-based RICEFW/RICE objects, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, or workflows
• 2+ years experience translating functional requirements into technical designs and build specifications
• 2+ years experience developing and supporting integrations, data conversions, and transformation logic
• Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
  Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg)
  • Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
  • Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
  • Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
