Your role and responsibilities
The Scrum Master, under the general supervision, may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Preferred technical and professional experience
• 2+ years supporting federal or enterprise-level Agile projects
• Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and cloud-native delivery environments
• Master's degree or certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist)
Your role and responsibilities
The Scrum Master, under the general supervision, may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Familiar with agile softeware developement process (10+ years)
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum practices (10+ years)
- Work closely with the PM to conduct sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives
- Support IBM teams and customer SMEs in delivering modernization milestones
- Track sprint progress, manage Jira boards, and ensure story completion
- Promote continuous improvement through feedback and team collaboration
- Coordinate with Product Owners and Architects to align priorities
- Maintain transparency of team performance and delivery metrics

- Must possess at time of hire and have the ability to maintain a Top-Secret Clearance
- 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and Scrum principles
- Experience managing Jira boards and Agile metrics
- Skilled in facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ability to coach teams and resolve delivery blockers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience supporting cross-functional technical teams
- Bachelor's in Business, IT, or related field
