SecuriGence is seeking a talented Apple iPhone/iPad Administrator to help contribute to our success. Come help us solve problems with Innovation through Intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage Apple iPhone and iPad devices across multiple enterprise environments
  • Configure and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE.
  • Develop and enforce device compliance policies, security baselines, and configuration profiles
  • Support device enrollment methods, including Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE)
  • Manage application deployment, updates, and patching through MDM solutions
  • Troubleshoot device connectivity, email access, VPN, and application issues
  • Integrate mobile devices with enterprise services such as Microsoft 365 and Okta
  • Ensure compliance with security frameworks, including Department of Defense STIGs, ATO requirements, and enterprise cybersecurity policies
  • Monitor device health, usage, and compliance through reporting and dashboards
  • Coordinate with network, security, and engineering teams for mobile access and zero-trust initiatives
  • Provide Tier II/III support and escalation for mobile device-related incidents
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures for mobile device management
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience.
    • Experience with Apple iOS
  • DOD IAT Level II Certification is required.
  • DOD Secret Clearance.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong understanding of iOS/iPadOS architecture, device lifecycle management, and enterprise deployment models
  • Hands-on experience administering mobile devices using MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, or VMware Workspace ONE
  • Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM), Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), and enterprise app distribution methods
  • Knowledge of enterprise identity and access management solutions, including Okta, conditional access, and MFA integration
  • Understanding of mobile security principles, including encryption, certificate-based authentication, compliance enforcement, and secure access
  • Experience integrating mobile devices with enterprise services such as Microsoft 365, VPN solutions like Cisco AnyConnect
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements, including Department of War STIGs, ATO processes, and vulnerability management practices
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across device connectivity, authentication, application performance, and user access issues
  • Ability to deploy, manage, and maintain mobile applications, updates, and configurations at enterprise scale
  • Ability to develop, implement, and enforce security policies and configuration profiles across mobile environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in a mission-critical, high-tempo environment
  • Ability to balance strict security requirements with operational usability for end users
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across operations, engineering, and security teams
  • Ability to create and maintain clear documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies, security requirements, and enterprise needs
  • Ability to support after-hours operations and respond to escalations when required
