Job Summary: MI Technical Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Specialist to provide a range of maintenance and administrative support for the Director of Program Management.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Director Program Manager Contract Manager to support all aspects of their daily work routine.
- Manage PMO meetings, drumbeats and events.
- Maintain and update comprehensive and accurate records (to include taskers from attended PMO-related meetings).
- Draft, track and produce deliverables for both internal and external use. These can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Help develop and review procedures, processes, and products to identify possible improvements to better support customer needs and reduce costs and errors.
- Administer and track the contract onboarding of all MITS and subcontractor personnel ensuring appropriate approvals are received.
- Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication with the Task Order Managers.
- Assist in the development of PMO presentations, briefs, special reports, and various documentations for internal and external audiences.
- Administer company training and educational programs. Track and report on employee training participation or assessment results.
- Maintain assigned training records and ensure that all employees receive the necessary training to perform their job duties effectively.
- Coordinate materials and facilities for training sessions, including handouts, supplies, technology, and virtual or physical conference rooms.
- Develop and maintain PQS and training manuals or other documentation as directed.
Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail; willing to take initiative; and commitment to quality customer service.
- Excellent communication, organizational, planning, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.
