Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Integration & Test Engineer to support the integration, verification, and validation of advanced radar subsystems and software. This role involves hands on testing, requirements analysis, and participation across both sides of the Systems Engineering V model. The ideal candidate has experience with AESA radar systems, HWIL environments, and complex system decomposition.

Key Responsibilities
• Integrate radar subsystems and software components within laboratory and HWIL environments.
• Plan, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test procedures, and verification activities.
• Perform hands on testing using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analysis tools, and packet capture utilities such as Wireshark.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using C++, MATLAB, and Python.
• Decompose radar systems into subsystems and components to support integration and verification workflows.
• Conduct requirements verification and traceability using DOORS, Jira, and Confluence.
• Ensure all system and subsystem requirements are clear, testable, and properly validated.
• Identify, document, and evaluate discrepancies; drive issues to closure through structured problem solving.
• Support Requirements Verification Tests (RVT) and formal test events.
• Participate in engineering technical reviews, peer reviews, and design discussions.
• Document engineering artifacts, test results, and analysis in the Engineering Data SDR.
• Collaborate onsite with multidisciplinary engineering teams in a fast paced environment.
Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience integrating radar subsystems and software.
• Hands on experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.).
• Proficiency with test automation scripting in C++, MATLAB, and/or Python.
• Experience developing and executing test plans and procedures.
• Familiarity with requirements management and traceability tools (DOORS, Jira, Confluence).
• Understanding of both sides of the Systems Engineering V model.
• Ability to evaluate discrepancies and drive issues to resolution.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
• Experience with AESA radar and HWIL testing.
• Background in radar system decomposition and subsystem level analysis.
• Prior experience supporting formal engineering reviews.
• Ability to work effectively in a highly technical, collaborative, onsite environment.
