Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Receives material and validate source, quantities, recipient(s), and invoice data. Segregate incoming material and forward to various departments and local/deployed detachments.
- Package and prepare material and documents for outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate and receive financial approval to ship various outgoing packages across the US and worldwide. Maintain official shipping or transfer document files in Fiscal Year (FY) sequence.
- Maintains financial audit readiness for all documentation (inbound and outgoing). Maintain financial approval documents in FY sequence. Coordinate with recipients to ensure all documentation is filled out and properly filed.
Qualifications
- License to operate a forklift.
- Minimum five years' warehousing experience within the DoD.
