DESCRIPTION OF POSITION / DUTIES:
All Points is seeking an Action Officer I to support a prospective DARPA customer in Arlington, VA. This role provides operational and programmatic support within a government environment, focusing on tracking, coordination, and execution of key actions, milestones, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders. This position is contingent upon contract award.

*This is a Federal Contract, and U.S. Citizenship, and an active Top Secret Clearance are required. Applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be considered. *

The selected candidate will work closely with government leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure actions are properly tracked, documented, and driven to completion. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Track and manage actions, milestones, and schedules to ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and internal teams to drive action items to closure
• Develop and maintain tracking tools and systems to monitor progress across projects and workstreams
• Conduct organizational analysis and support leadership with decision-making and policy recommendations
• Prepare briefings, reports, and operational documentation for government leadership
• Manage meeting coordination including read-ahead materials, agendas, and follow-up action items
• Ensure proper documentation, organization, and maintenance of records across classified and unclassified systems
• Support communication and coordination across multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience supporting project coordination, action tracking, or program operations within a government or defense environment

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience tracking project status, actions, milestones, and schedules across multiple efforts
• Experience using tools or systems to monitor and manage task progress
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to produce clear and concise documentation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience supporting defense or R&D organizations such as DARPA or DISA
• Familiarity with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools
• Experience working in classified and unclassified environments

SALARY INFORMATION:

• Base salary range is approximately $78,000 - $88,000 depending on experience, qualifications, and contract finalization. Final compensation is subject to contract award, funding, and alignment to contract requirements.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Active, current, and fully adjudicated US DoD Top Secret (TS) clearance is required
