• Analyze network logs, utilization, latency, bandwidth, and outage trends and recommend proactive upgrades or configuration improvements.

• Perform diagnostic testing across LAN, WAN, cloud, and network components and restore connectivity during incidents, moves, maintenance, or continuity events.

• Develop and maintain network diagrams, rack elevations, wiring plans, floor plans, IP documentation, outage records, and Telecommunications Service Requests.

• Log all incidents and changes, participate in design reviews, and coordinate with engineering, security, and Government stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of network operations experience supporting LAN, WAN, VLAN, MPLS, and enterprise connectivity.

• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers/switches, Palo Alto firewalls, F5 BIG-IP, or comparable technologies.

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, firewalls, network protocols, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with network monitoring, log analysis, documentation, preventive maintenance, and change control.

• Ability to support shift work, after-hours maintenance, and emergency response as required.

• Active Secret clearance; certain assignments may require Top Secret.

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Palo Alto, F5, or equivalent certification.

• Experience supporting interagency connectivity, DMZs, cloud networking, or global Federal networks.

• Experience with Cisco ISE, Splunk, automation, or AI-driven network monitoring.
