Location: Remote
Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Developer to support a federal client in developing, enhancing, and maintaining mission-critical Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions within a secure environment.
In this role, you will work as part of an Agile Scrum Team responsible for the design, development, and support of custom Oracle solutions supporting Oracle R12 Maintenance and Financials applications. You will collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders to modernize enterprise business processes, deliver scalable application enhancements, and support critical federal operations through reliable Oracle-based solutions.

What You'll Do
As an Oracle EBS Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Oracle EBS solutions supporting Oracle R12 Maintenance and Financials environments
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Develop and support custom Oracle objects, interfaces, conversions, reports, and enhancements
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and database objects
- Support Oracle Cloud and enterprise application integration initiatives using SOA technologies and Java-based solutions
- Perform break-fix analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of application issues across Oracle EBS environments
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and team collaboration activities
- Develop technical documentation, design artifacts, and support materials for enterprise application solutions
- Ensure solutions align with security, performance, and operational requirements
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Remote work supporting federal enterprise application operations
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Public Trust Clearance required
- Minimum of 7 years experience developing solutions within Oracle EBS applications
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience with Conversion Architecture and Development
- Minimum of 7-10 years experience with Oracle Cloud Application Development
- Minimum of 7-10 years experience with Oracle Applications Development
- Experience with SOA, Java, and PL/SQL development
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting Oracle EBS customizations, integrations, interfaces, conversions, extensions, reports, and workflows (CEMLI)
- Experience supporting Agile Scrum teams and participating in iterative software delivery processes
- Experience developing and supporting integrations using SOA, REST APIs, web services, or middleware technologies
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Applications Framework (OAF)
- Experience supporting Oracle Maintenance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Financials modules
- Experience supporting Oracle EBS R12 implementations, upgrades, or modernization initiatives
- Experience supporting federal government ERP modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud migration or integration efforts
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams
- Support mission-critical federal ERP modernization and enterprise transformation initiatives
- Work with Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, SOA, Java, and PL/SQL technologies in a complex enterprise environment
- Collaborate with experienced functional and technical teams delivering large-scale business solutions
- Contribute to secure, scalable systems that support critical federal operations worldwide
