Job Description

Summary

TTG Solutions is seeking an experienced Test Engineer with a proven track record in designing and developing automated test scripts. We are looking for a professional who can quickly integrate with our team and contribute to high-quality software testing solutions.

Description

The Test Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts. They will work closely with the development and QA teams to ensure robust testing procedures and quickly adapt to team dynamics. Their main tasks will include executing automated test scripts, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating on continuous improvement of testing strategies.

Experience Level

Expert Generally requires eleven (11) years of experience specific to the skill and relevant training or certifications

Requirements: 11 yrs - 15 yrs 11 mos

Required Skills

  • Experience in designing and developing automated test scripts
  • Proficiency with Selenium
  • Proficiency with Playwright

Clearance

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Base Salary$180,000 - $218,000
PTO30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays.
Retirement15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years.
Paid BenefitsCompany pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you.
Annual Bonuses3% to 5% annual bonuses.
Cell Phone Stipend$100 monthly phone expense reimbursement.
Training Budget3 paid training days + $2,500 training budget
New Hire Bonus$5,000 new hire bonus
