Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a TS/SCI Cleared Lead System Requirements Integration and Test Lead to join our team supporting a DoD Program in Linthicum Maryland.
The selected candidate will lead the pre-production planning activities for a space-related payload program, helping define how systems will be integrated and tested in future production phases. This role is focused on developing the overarching Integration and test strategy, infrastructure planning, and system-level test approach prior to production execution. The selected candidate should have hands on expereince developing integration and testing roadmaps, schedules, and test strategies aligned to program milestones and delivery timelines. They will also define test infrastructure requirements, including facility space, lab environments, and equipment needed to support system validation.
Minimum requirements include:
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s in STEM field and 10+ years of experience in Systems Engineering in a similar type industry and complexity. A Degree can be substituted for prior military experience.
- Experience Leading pre-production integration & test planning for subsystems, payloads, or space vehicle development
- Experience lead cross-functional engineering teams in early-phase system planning and coordination
- Experience developing I&T strategies, roadmaps, and schedules aligned to program milestones and production readiness
- Ability to determine facility requirements, test environments, tooling, and equipment needed to support future testing efforts
- Experience defining test architectures and validation approaches to meet system performance requirements
- Strong background in MBSE tools (CAMEO, Rhapsody, DOORS, etc.) to support requirements decomposition, system modeling, and test planning
- Knowledge of test safety, risk identification, and mitigation planning in early lifecycle phases
Candidates pay will vary based on experience, depth of knowledge and types of I&T Programs they have lead. This is a Senior Level role and we anticipate paying 175K - 225K for this position as well as providing a comprehensive health, vision, dental and 401K benefit package.
