- Tier 4 - Shift Lead: Operations & Escalation Management
- Tier 3 - Mid-Tier Troubleshooting & Advanced Escalations
- Tier 2 - Light Troubleshooting & System Updates
- Tier 1 - Application Monitoring & System Failure Detection
Qualifications of theTS/SCI NOC Analyst Tiers 1-4:
- 1-7+ years of experience in network design and operations.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, SolarWinds, Dynatrace).
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting network issues and performing updates.
- Experience in network troubleshooting or enterprise IT support
Compensation for theTS/SCI NOC Analyst Tiers 1-4:
- $85,000 - $150,000 (based on experience)
