• Develop interactive and 3D training components using Unity and C# for embedded simulation, walkthroughs, and visualization.
• Build, maintain, and operate CI/CD pipelines for the platform and training tool, source control, automated builds, testing, and deployment applying sound full stack development disciplines (branching strategy, code review, versioning).
• Containerize and package the platform, training tool, and supporting services using Docker; build deployment bundles/images and orchestrate them with Kubernetes (K8s) and Helm.
Instructional Content Development
• Develop video tutorials: recording, editing, and producing screen-capture and instructional video using Camtasia.
• Author and maintain PDF user guides and technical documentation supporting the platform and onboard system.
• Create, format, and load instructional content into the platform, updating the JSON database with new and revised material.
• Apply instructional-design methodology to translate system documentation into clear, task-based learning and reference content.
LMS Development & Courseware

• Build interactive LMS courseware using Adobe Captivate, H5P, and Articulate Storyline / Rise.
• Publish and validate content to SCORM, xAPI, and AICC standards and deploy to the Moodle LMS.
• Administer, configure, and customize Moodle: course/user management, plugins, and theming - for the embedded training environment.

Required Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 5+ years of relevant experience (or 7+ years without a related degree).
• Proficiency in front-end web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong working knowledge of JSON, including managing and updating JSON-based content databases.

• Experience producing SCORM/xAPI-compliant courseware and developing/administering a Moodle LMS (front-end and back-end).
• Familiarity working in Linux operating systems.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and full stack development disciplines: version control and branching (Git), automated build/test/deployment, code review, and configuration management.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration
