OVERVIEW:
As a Sr. Product Manager II, you'll be responsible for aligning Salesforce platform capabilities with recruiting objectives, driving innovation through Salesforce and AI-enabled technologies, and ensuring successful delivery of mission-critical digital services. The Salesforce Product Lead will provide product strategy and leadership across multiple workstreams, working closely with senior leaders, program managers, technical teams, and contractor personnel. The successful candidate will define product priorities, guide implementation efforts, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure platform enhancements deliver measurable mission value.

GENERAL DUTIES:
- Define and execute a Salesforce product strategy aligned with recruiting objectives and operational priorities.
- Establish and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing capabilities based on mission needs, user feedback, and business value.
- Lead the delivery of high-value Salesforce capabilities that improve recruiting operations and user experiences.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions that improve recruiter productivity and reduce administrative workload.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and government leadership to define requirements and implementation priorities.
- Translate business needs into actionable product features, enhancements, and platform capabilities.
- Support Agile delivery practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, and iterative product improvements.
- Establish product governance processes, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms to track platform effectiveness.
- Enable data-driven decision-making through enhanced Salesforce reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Support Salesforce platform modernization efforts, including process improvements, automation, and emerging technology adoption.
- Manage competing priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience leading complex technology programs, enterprise platforms, or digital transformation initiatives; OR
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, product leadership, program management, or a related leadership role.
- Experience leading SaaS, low-code/no-code platforms, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Experience supporting federal government, Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
- Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, governance processes, and performance metrics.
- Experience gathering, prioritizing, and translating business requirements into product capabilities.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across business, technical, and stakeholder groups.
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, administration, integrations, reporting, and enterprise solution delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and iterative delivery practices.
- Experience using data, metrics, and user feedback to guide product decisions and improvements.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience supporting Salesforce implementations, modernization initiatives, or enterprise CRM transformations.
- Experience leveraging Salesforce AI capabilities, including Einstein AI, Agentforce, predictive analytics, or other emerging technologies.
- Experience with change management, business process transformation, and user adoption initiatives.
- Experience engaging with senior government officials, executive stakeholders, and client leadership.
