Job Description

Keeping a global IT footprint current is a logistics problem, a scheduling problem, and a relationship problem all at once. The Red Gate Group is seeking an experienced Project Analyst to support a major Intelligence Community customer's CIO organization, managing the planning, coordination, and execution of IT hardware refresh cycles for field sites and operating locations worldwide, both CONUS and OCONUS.

As the Project Analyst, you will own the Global Field Support tech refresh schedule and priorities, balancing immediate needs against long term CIO strategic goals. You will track hardware inventory levels, coordinate vendor meetings on field-specific IT requirements, and work completion tracking with logistics and CIO personnel on active shipping and installation projects. Throughout the project lifecycle you will provide comprehensive IT requirements management support, identifying, documenting, analyzing, tracking, and validating project requirements so nothing falls through between a site's need and the hardware landing on its dock.

You will also be the analytical engine behind the program's decisions. That means establishing and running risk management analysis to keep projects on schedule and surface external dependencies before resources get committed, recommending decision criteria and resource prioritization across hardware and labor to government leadership, and providing customer engagement and support through outreach, briefings, and relationship management. You will conduct and facilitate technical exchange meetings and management reviews, and after each project you will run the post-project performance review that captures lessons learned and makes the next refresh cycle better than the last. If you like turning moving pieces into a schedule that holds, this is the seat.

Join us. The field runs on the gear you deliver.

  • Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills reflecting completion of the developmental training and experience expected at this level.
