Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities
Manage Contract Lifecycle start to finish.
Pre-Proposal NDA & Teaming Agreement negotiation with Prime Contractors and Subcontractors.
Proposal support including Contracts Volume, Subcontract Management Plan, Certs & Reps, Data Rights, Subcontractor Solicitation & Evaluation.
Contract Negotiation with the Government, Prime Contractors and Subcontractors as well as development of Negotiation Guidance & Training.
Post-Award development of Prime Contract FAR & DFARS Flowdowns, TINA Certification, Competitive & Single Source Proposal Evaluation & Negotiation of FFP/CPFF/CPAF/CPIF/T&M Subcontracts, Price/Cost Analysis, Notification & Consent, Creation/Revision of Templates and Processes to meet changing Customer and DCMA/DCAA expectations.
Contract and Subcontract Management throughout POP including Compliance Reporting, CDRL/SDRL Management, SAM, Incentive/Award Fee Plan administration, contract modifications, funding & de-obligation, CPARS.
Traditional and Quick Contract Closeout, with both Customers and Subcontractors.
Interpret contractual language, identify risks and provide risk mitigation recommendations to company leadership.
Required Skills/Abilities
Experience with entire contract life-cycle management of US Federal Government contracts and subcontracts.
Experience with the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC), U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. General Services Administration, (GSA), other government agencies, and Prime Contractors in the aerospace and defense industries.
Experience with FFP/CPFF/CPAF/CPIF/T&M Contracts and Subcontracts, GWAC, and GSA schedule contracts
Experience with FFP/CPFF/CPAF/CPIF/T&M Contracts and Subcontracts.
Demonstrated ability to provide sound interpretation and application of current Federal Government contract and procurement regulations. This includes knowledge of the FAR, DFARS and other Government regulations.

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD security clearance.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience managing complex DoD contracts, subcontracts and subcontractors.
Desired Experience/Skills
Advanced Degree.
Certification in Contract Management (CPCM, CFCM, CCCM, DAWIA Professional or FAC-C Professional.)
DoD security clearance.
