Cloud Business Analyst 2

Position Overview

The Cloud Business Analyst 2 provides business analysis support for cloud-based services and solutions, working closely with product management to evaluate opportunities, support decision-making, and develop recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Deep knowledge and analysis experience in a range of digital/web services and solutions where open source, cloud technologies and agile development methodologies have been applied.


• Ability to rationalize complex information to make it understandable for others to work, and ability to interrogate reported information and challenge sources where inconsistencies are found.


• Analyze propositions and assess decision-making factors such as strategic alignment, cost/benefit, and risk.


• Works closely with the Product Manager to define a product approach to meet the specified user need.


• May oversee aspects such as budget and resource requirements.


• Help in defining predicted user and financial benefits that can be realized.


• Make recommendations for action against the analysis done.


• Works under general supervision, providing solutions to technical problems of moderate scope/complexity.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.


• Associate's degree (AS/AA) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience.


• High School diploma/GED with a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.

Certifications

• Cloud certification(s) desired.

Clearance

• Active Secret clearance required.
