Job Description
Sr. Software Engineer - Platform Team
Join us in building the next generation of AI infrastructure that will power innovation across the organization. We're seeking a senior software engineer to support our team, which owns the AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters that every AI capability runs on.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes).
- Translate high-level stakeholder goals into engineering outcomes and platform solutions.
- Mentor engineers and grow development best practices, engineering standards, and technical governance for the team.
- Establish and enforce security best practices for infrastructure systems and data, including certificate and identity management.
Required Skills:
- Experience with AWS services such as EKS, Terraform, IAM, and Route 53.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Helm/Kustomize.
- Experience with Docker/containerization.
- Experience configuring and using observability tooling such as the Elastic Stack (Kibana) and Grafana/Prometheus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience developing technical policies and governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI inference serving technologies (vLLM, LiteLLM, etc.).
Experience Required: 12 years with Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 16 years without degree

Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph required
Salary Range: $204,000 - $247,000
