Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in acquisition, program management, or related fields
- Active Secret clearance
- Demonstrated expertise in program management
- Demonstrated expertise in project management
- Experience with budget planning and financial management
- Experience with Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (POM) development
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous work experience in military communications and positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) systems
