Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize client communications across multiple channels
- Translate complex technical and policy information into clear, actionable insights
- Serve as primary point of contact for government affairs inquiries and requests
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses
- Develop and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders
- Prepare briefing materials and presentations for executive leadership
- Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments impacting client objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, International Relations, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or related field
- Strong understanding of federal and state government processes and structures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials
- Experience with policy analysis and development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Public Policy, International Affairs, or related field
- Experience working with congressional offices or federal agencies
- Knowledge of specific industry sectors (healthcare, energy, technology, etc.)
- Fluency in a second language
